Coin Princess

Coin Princess is a very simple RPG where you have to try to protect an escaped princess. To do so you have to hire different heroes who you can upgrade as you earn money.

To get money in Coin Princess you just have to tap the screen. Then you use that money to level up your heroes and the abilities of the princess herself or buy new skills. Some abilities let you heal other heroes, while others give you devastating attack powers.

When you get the princess to level three, you can send some of your heroes to the dungeons to get more gold. When you do, you'll lose those heros for a while and won't be able to fight to protect the princess –but in return you get a lot of coins to use for improving your abilities.

Coin Princess is an RPG that even without offering an especially original gameplay is still pretty entertaining. Plus, the retro-style graphics are really great.
